All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the format and style specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th edition). The entire manuscript—including references, notes, abstracts, quotations, and tables—should be double-spaced. A title page should be followed by an abstract of 150 to 300 words. Tables and references must adhere to APA style and should also be double-spaced.
Manuscripts must be written using MS Word 2007 or a later version, in Cambria (Normal) font, 12-point size with 1.15 line spacing. Abstracts and footnotes should be written in 10-point font with single line spacing. Page margins must be set to 2.5 cm on all sides, and page numbers should not be included.
The main text should be fully justified, without indentation at the beginning of paragraphs. There should be no extra line space between paragraphs. Paragraph spacing should be set to 0 pt before and 6 pt after, applied automatically.
Direct quotations exceeding five lines must be formatted as block quotes: indented 1.5 cm from both the left and right margins, single-spaced, and written in 10-point font.
Author information file should be uploaded separately as "Additional file for editor". This document should include, for each author, name, institutional affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and a brief biographical statement.
All submissions will be reviewed initially by the editors for appropriateness to Culture Academy (CA), If the editor considers the manuscript to be appropriate, it will then be sent for anonymous review. Final decision will be made by the editors based on the reviewers’ recommendations. All process -submission, review, and revision- is carried out by e-Journal Management System. The submissions should be written using MS-WORD or compatible word processors. CA has a policy of screening for plagiarism.
In the case that a study or article will be withdrawn, the author(s) and the editorial board will share some responsibilies as required by the publishing policies of CA.
If the author(s) finds a mistake in their study which is unpublished or in early release or review process, they are obliged to cooperate with the editor of the journal during the withdrawal process.
The author(s) who wants to withdraw their study which is in review process is obliged to fill in the "Article Withdrawal Form", scan it with signature(s) on it and send the form via e-mail to the editorial board at "cultureacademy06@gmail.com".
The studies the copyright of which is transferred to CA during the submission process cannot be submitted to other journals for review unless they are approved for withdrawal.
The editorial board will return to the author(s) within 2 weeks, evaluating the request for withdrawal.
